Frequently Asked Questions:
How long does the grooming appointment last? Typically,1 1/2 hrs. for dogs/cats under 50 lbs, depending upon the cut and dog. Larger dogs take more time due to manuvering, deshedding, matting, drying time. Note: Any matted dog always takes extra time because the clippers do not go through the mats. Mats have to be worked out before continuing or they will need to be shaved. There is a charge for dematting added to the regular grooming charge.
Do you express anal glands? Yes when requested.(externally) If your dog's anal glands are swollen or irritated, then it is strongly recommendation of this Groomer that you take your dog to your vet for a checkup.

Do you groom cats? Yes. I only ask that you be up front when describing your cats disposition, so I can make the proper assessment for the cats safety and mine.
